Kids Prices: To be taken into account when kids stay in the same room as their parents (two full paying adults): Kids under 3 free, 3 – 11,9 years: – 50 %; 12 to 15,9 years – 25 %
Extra person above the age of 16 years (in a double room with two full-paying guests): – 20 %
All double rooms can be used as 3-bed-room or 4-bed-room.
Credit cards: We accept EC bank cards as well as visa and mastercard.
Reduction for breakfast only: If you don’t want half board then you can reduce your price per day by 10 Euros
Pets are allowed (on request only) – a fee of 6 Euro per day in winter and 5 Euro per day in summer (not including food) will be charged. You are not allowed to have your pet in the dining room/conservatory during meal times.
We offer discounts for groups and associations (on request only).
Short stay fee (up to 3 days): € 5 per person and day.
Check-in: 2 pm
Check-out: 10 am
If you arrive late, leave early or cancel your booking you will be charged according to the Austrian Regulations.

SKI in and SKI out: Skiing pleasure starts right in front of our hotel, directly situated at the ski slope and Ochsengarten gondola. The ski pass (not included in the room rate) is valid for two ski areas: Hochoetz and Kühtai.
